In this training you will:

  • Go deeper by praying Biblical patterns

  • Adopt a prayer grid to support and sustain a daily habit of prayer that reflects Jesus’ heart

  • Discern the heart of your city through prayer

  • Consider how to bring prayer systemically into the DNA of your ministry and life

Come as you are, empty and ready to meet with Jesus. Leave refreshed and equipped to take the next steps in a life of dialoguing with God and engaging your community through prayer.

Your community (and you!) will be transformed because of God moving through your prayers.

What People Are Saying

How foolish it is to think that we can minister in our strength. Prayer Current training reminds me of my utter dependence and need to come back to the Father, back to gospel sanity and abandon a life of independence from God and others. I highly recommend this prayer training.
— Bob Osborne, Executive Director, World Harvest Mission, Philadelphia
Prayer for the City training is the most intensive, practical and gospel-centered training for developing a life of prayer and a church of prayer that I have ever seen.
— Tom Wood, President, Church Multiplication Ministries, Atlanta
Kingdom-centered prayer is a battlefield. John Smed and his team enter this arena with humility, wisdom and confidence.
— Allen Thompson, President, International Church Planting Center
I know of no one better able to train our church in prayer than John Smed.
— Tim Keller, Senior Pastor, Redeemer Presbyterian Church, New York City
